Terms and Conditions for Accepting Applications for Participation in the Forum with a Presentation<\/h3>\n

Applications to present at the sessions of the forum and the MineVenture and MineTech competitions will be accepted until 1 March 2019<\/strong>. The decision to include the presentation will be sent in writing to the email address provided in the application form within 5 working days of receipt of the application. Speakers who have received confirmation of the inclusion of the proposed presentation must register and pay the registration fee in a timely manner (unless no-fee participation has been pre-agreed with the organisers).<\/p>\n

Applications are accepted from managers and specialists of ministries and departments, local governments, mining companies, international organisations, industry associations, financial and investment companies, technology companies, research organisations, universities, technology companies, law firms, audit and consulting companies.<\/p>\n

Approved speakers are kindly requested to communicate to the organisers all changes in the timely manner by writing to: kz@minexforum.com<\/a>. In case of cancellation, the speaker shall propose, if possible, an alternative candidate speaker by completing a new application form. The organisers reserve the right to accept or reject alternative speaker candidates. All decisions will be communicated via email provided in the application form.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Requirements” tab_id=”1547321548812-5ab7fa79-0faf”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Requirements for the Preparation and Submission of Presentation Materials<\/h3>\n

The working languages of the forum are Russian and English. When preparing speeches and presentation slides, speakers can use either one or both languages. During the forum, only one presentation file can be presented on the screens. For the simultaneous use of two languages in the presentation, speakers can divide the slides into two parts, presenting the content of each slide in Russian and English.<\/p>\n

Dates to remember<\/h4>\n

No later than 1 March<\/strong>, the speaker (or his \/ her assistant) are required provide the following materials: Information about the speaker (the speaker\u2019s application form, photo, biography, title of the presentation, brief summary of the presentation (up to 150 words).<\/p>\n

No later than 15 March<\/strong>, register speaker at the forum.<\/p>\n

No later than 22 March<\/strong>, send presentation slides for projection on the screen to slides@minexforum.com<\/a>
\nSlides must be sent in 4:3 standard slide size in PPT, PPTX or PDF.
