Masterclasses (2 April)<\/h4>\n

The delegate fee includes attendance at all masterclasses, coffee breaks, lunch, printed agenda, drinks at the end of the master-classes day.<\/p>\n

Forum (3-4 April)<\/h4>\n

The delegate fee includes admission at all sessions of the Forum, coffee breaks, lunches, printed agenda, event app with meetings scheduling function, use of simultaneous translation (Russian and English), access to online version of forum materials after the event.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Payment and cancellation terms<\/h3>\n

Delegates wishing to attend the Forum and Masterclasses must register before 25 March.<\/p>\n

Discounts<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Pay before 15 February \u2013 10% discount.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Delegate and exhibitor fees can be paid by debit or credit card (via PayPal) or Bank Transfer.<\/p>\n

Admission<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Forum organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to delegates or exhibitors who have failed to pay the fee prior to the Forum.<\/p>\n

Cancellation<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Cancellations submitted in writing to admin@minexforum.com<\/a> before 25 March 2019 will be subject to 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made after 25 March 2019.
