Admission fee: 200 USD / 75 000 KZT

Delegate fee includes attendance at all masterclasses, coffee breaks, lunch, printed agenda, use of simultaneous translation (Russian and English), access to online materials, drinks at the end of the master-classes day.

Payment and cancellation terms

Registration cut-off date:  25 March

Payment: Delegate and exhibitor fees can be paid by debit or credit card (via PayPal) or Bank Transfer.

Discounts: Pay before 15 February – 10% discount.

Admission: Forum organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to delegates or exhibitors who have failed to pay the fee prior to the Forum.

Cancellation: cancellations submitted in writing to admin@minexforum.com before 25 March 2019 will be subject to 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made after 25 March 2019. At the discretion of the Forum organisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received after 25 March 2019.
