All exhibitors (excluding poster presenters) are entitled to their profile and logo listing on the Forum website and Catalogue. All exhibitors (excluding poster presenters) are entitled to a complimentary presentation at MineVenture, MineTech Business or MineTech Invest competitions. All exhibitors (excluding poster presenters) are entitled to 50% discount for purchasing additional delegate tickets. All exhibitors (excluding poster presenters) will receive complimentary access to the Forum post event online materials (published after the Forum). All exhibitors (excluding poster presenters) will be able to use mobile application for setting up one-on-one meetings. The exhibition booth hire includes monochrome company name print in English on the front panel, hire of 0.7 m table, 2 chairs, 2 spotlights & access 220 V electricity point. Additional equipment and furniture could be hired at extra cost (please enquire).
Exhibitor registration cut-off date: 15 March
Cancellation: cancellations submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org before 15 March 2019 will be subject to 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made after 15 March 2019. At the discretion of the Forum organisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received after 15 March 2019.
