Masterclasses (2 April)

The delegate fee includes attendance at all masterclasses, coffee breaks, lunch, printed agenda, drinks at the end of the master-classes day.

Forum (3-4 April)

The delegate fee includes admission at all sessions of the Forum, coffee breaks, lunches, printed agenda, event app with meetings scheduling function, use of simultaneous translation (Russian and English), access to online version of forum materials after the event.

Drinks Reception (3 April)

Fee: 50 USD / 19 000 KZT
Includes one admission to the drinks reception and entertainment program.

Gala dinner (4 April)

Fee: 100 USD / 37 000 KZT
The fee includes one unreserved seat at a table and entertainment program during the dinner.

Payment and cancellation terms

Registration cut-off

Delegates wishing to attend the Forum and Masterclasses must register before 25 March.

Discounts

Pay before 15 February – 10% discount.

Payment

Delegate and exhibitor fees can be paid by debit or credit card (via PayPal) or Bank Transfer.

Admission

Forum organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to delegates or exhibitors who have failed to pay the fee prior to the Forum.

Cancellation

Cancellations submitted in writing to admin@minexforum.com before 25 March 2019 will be subject to 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made after 25 March 2019. At the discretion of the Forum organisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received after 25 March 2019.
