Voskhod Group of Companies consists of:
«Voskhod-Oriel» LLP – engaged in production of chrome ore at Voskhod mine site.
«Voskhod Chrome» LLP – implements processing and concentration of chrome ore.
«Voskhod Trading» LLP – shipment and sale of commodity products. The holder of Voskhod Group of Companies is the Yildirim Group – a Turkish industrial group, combining companies from ten different industries in several countries. It is the world’s largest producer of solid coarse chrome ore. The Company uses the latest methods of underground development with modern mining equipment of leading world companies, which allows significantly increase capacity in comparison with the technology works exploited in similar industries in the region, as well as significantly reduce the level of manual labor and improve the safety of underground works. Due to the complex mining and geological conditions of the deposit, for the first time in Kazakhstan, it was applied shotcrete support of mine headings with the chemicals and fiber use. In purpose of personnel securities, working in underground conditions, also for the first time in Kazakhstan, there are Refuge Chambers are used especially designed to safe people in the event of a mine accident. The Concentration Plant engaged in the processing and concentration of chrome ore supplied from the mine. At the Concentration Plant there is produced a chrome concentrate of various fractions. These products are produced within three different cycles of the plant by gravity separation, used to remove the by-products vein minerals and low-grade mineralized material. Shipment of the Company’s products is carried out to the Kazakhstan, Russian and Chinese enterprises of ferroalloy industry.
