Admission
Forum organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to delegates or exhibitors who have failed to pay the fee prior to the Forum.
Cancellation
Delegates: cancellations submitted in writing to admin@minexforum.com before 25 March 2019 will be subject to 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made after 25 March 2019. At the discretion of the Forum organisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received after 25 March 2019.
