He has more than 20 years of experience in IT, in Kazakhmys organises the development of digitisation processes in the framework of the IT department:
- organisation of strategic development and improvement of the current state of IT and ACS;
- development of strategic directions of development, organisation of work to achieve the strategic goals of IT and ACS;
- planning and organisation of automation and information technology services when introducing new ones or developing existing automation, communication and IT systems;
- implementation of a unified information technology policy.

The Digitalization process will cover all Kazakhmys production processes, from mining, processing, transportation to finished products, where all data on operational processes, process efficiency, product quality are available in real time. In real time, advanced technologies are used for collecting, processing and transmitting objective data with subsequent integrated planning and automatic control of the execution of planned tasks.
