Alibek Irgaliyev

Director of the "National Data Bank of Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan" project, National Geological Prospecting Company "Kazgeology"

Alibek Zhumantaevich Irgaliev has a Master of Economics degree in project management, is certified as a project management professional (Project Management Professional, PMP PMI) ®.

He is a corresponding member of the International Academy of Informatisation, an expert practising business coach in project management.

He successfully completed a number of projects in the field of information technologies and systems.

He is the head of "Digital Kazakhstan" under the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Previously he worked in the quasi-public sector, IT companies and other organisations.

Currently he directs the "National Data Bank of Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan" project implemented under the Code on Subsoil and Subsoil Use. It is one of the largest projects of the State Program Digital Kazakhstan.
