In 2000 Zhanat graduated from Kokshetau State University named after Sh.Ualikhanov with a degree in Mining Engineer, in 2005 with a degree in Economist.

Work experience:

Since July 5, 2000 till January 31, 2008 - engineer of geoinformation support of the RCGE “Kazgeoinform”;
From February 1, 2008 to July 17, 2013 - Head of the RCGE “Kazgeoinform”;
From July 18, 2013 to October 10, 2014 - Chief Expert of the Office of Monitoring and Control over the Rational and Comprehensive Use of Subsoil by the Committee of Geology and Subsoil Use of the MINT RK;
From December 8, 2014 to January 19, 2017 - Head of the Department for Monitoring and Control over the Rational and Complex Use of Subsoil of the Committee of Geology and Subsoil Use of the MID of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
From January 20, 2017 to August 8, 201 - Deputy Head of the State Institution of the North Kazakhstan Interregional Department of Geology and Subsoil Use of the Committee of Geology and Subsoil Use of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan
